Dr. Bardin then commenced her training with the LSU Dermatology residency program where during her three years of residency, she gained a wealth of experience in various aspects of dermatology, including general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, as well as laser skin treatment. In her final year of residency, she was selected to serve as Chief of LSU Dermatology. She graduated from the program in June of 2013.
After completing her residency training, Dr. Bardin practiced for almost seven years at Haley Dermatology, a thriving dermatology clinic in Fairhope, Alabama, before deciding to return home to DeRidder and open Bardin Dermatology.
Dr. Bardin offers medical, surgical and cosmetic treatments and believes that proper training and experience are essential to providing quality, effective skincare. She has worked hard over the years to stay current with the latest advancements in skincare by participating in numerous medical and cosmetic conferences, following evidence-based, scientific journal publications, and receiving advanced training in lasers and injectable treatments, including dermal fillers and neurotoxins such as Botox.
As Dr. Bardin establishes her practice and home in DeRidder with her husband, Zach Jopling, and her daughter, Ada, she looks forward to serving the community of Southwest Louisiana and strives to treat each of her patients as a member of her own family.
