Most commercial insurance plans and traditional Medicare do not require a referral. Some plans do, including Tricare Prime.

BCBS, Medicare, Cigna, Aetna, Tricare Prime (referral required), Tricare Select, Humana, Vantage, Wellcare, People’s, Meritain, PHCS MultiPlan, and ChampVA (as secondary insurance).

We understand that plans change. You’ll receive a text reminder two days before your appointment and can respond to that message or call our office directly if you need to make a change.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling to avoid a potential cancellation fee.
